The company’s core business is the production and repair of RT-120 Class T1 and RT-130 Class T2 draft gears.

In addition, the company supplies outer and inner springs for freight car bogies of model 18-100, manufactured by VAGONMASH Production Association LLC.

The first domestic device of class T1
Designed in full compliance with industry standards.
The device significantly reduces longitudinal tensile and compressive forces and is capable of withstanding high loads. It has the lowest weight among class T1 devices.

Friction shock-absorbing unit class T2

This unit has higher energy capacity. It is the only class T2 friction shock-absorbingunit and is designed for railcars carryingvaluable goods, dangerous goods of classes3, 4, 5, 8, 9, and railcars with a gross weight ofover 120 tons.

Cylindrical Coil Springs for Freight Car Bogies
They are installed in freight car bogies designed for axle loads of 23.5 and 25 tons and ensure smooth and stable vehicle motion.

The use of high-strength cylindrical springs manufactured by VAGONMASH in freight car bogies allows for an increased maintenance interval of the railcar.
High level of static strength. Excellent relaxation resistance (fatigue endurance limit is 50% higher compared to other manufacturers).
Cyclic durability is controlled using in-house testing equipment (over 10,000,000 load cycles).




Hardness gradient across the wire cross-section (surface: 52–60 HRC; core: 30–40 HRC).

  • Warranty repairs
    We perform warranty repairs and replacement of absorbing devices RT-120 and RT-130 in the event of warranty cases confirmed by the established procedure.
